Three Valleys Expedition provides travel planning, booking, and related services for journeys to Bhutan. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings and Payments

• A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. The amount and deadline will be specified in your booking confirmation.
• Full payment is due prior to your travel date unless otherwise agreed.
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other methods as specified.

4. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere to confirmed itineraries, changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries for safety and feasibility. Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and passport information.
• Obtaining required visas, permits, and vaccinations.
• Arriving at scheduled departure points on time.
• Complying with local laws and customs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Three Valleys Expedition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, or acts of government.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Three Valleys Expedition and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bhutan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thimphu, Bhutan.
